Robert C. Lake, III


Mr. Lake, a local, was born and raised in Whitmire, SC.  After graduating Whitmire High School he attended Wofford College on a basketball scholarship before transferring to the University of South Carolina.  Mr. Lake completed his studies there and continued on to the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he graduated in 1983 with a Law Degree.  Mr. Lake then clerked for the late Judge Mac Morris before journeying back to Whitmire to practice law.  After several years Mr. Lake then moved his practice to Newberry and has been practicing law here for over 33 years.  Mr. Lake's practice areas include Real Estate, Personal Injury, Family, Workers' Compensation, Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Robert C. Lake, IV


​Also a local, Robert was born and raised in Prosperity, SC.  A 2007 graduate of Mid Carolina High School, Robert then attended Winthrop University.  He completed his studies there and played baseball all four years for the Eagles.   After graduating and completing his senior season Robert was offered a minor league contract with the New York Mets.  He played minor league baseball all over the southeast.  After he hung up his cleats, Robert attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2015.  Robert then clerked for The Honorable Judge J. Cordell Maddox, Jr. before joining his father at Lake & Lake Attorneys, LLC.
